I set up an Un-Birthday for ryan even though it wasn't his birthday, just for fun.

| First paint the nail 3 different colors | ,(like the ring finger) then cut scotch tape into small strips and put across the nail in stripes. Then paint black over it, let it dry, then take the tape off...tadaa, your done! |
